Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your mobile number, full name, date of birth and a password. After submitting the form you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number – enter the code to verify your account. The whole process takes under two minutes and your account is active immediately once the number is verified. Registration is completely free.

No. Each player is permitted one account only. Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of Sata9's Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being suspended. If you have lost access to an existing account, contact Sata9 support to recover it rather than opening a new one – your balance and history will all be intact.

Contact Sata9 support with the mobile number registered on your account. The support team will run identity verification checks and guide you through the password reset process. Do not attempt to create a new account – your original account, balance and bonuses are all tied to your registered mobile number and will be fully accessible once you recover access.

For standard play, your verified mobile number is sufficient to get started. When you request your first withdrawal, Sata9 may ask for a copy of your CNIC to confirm your identity. This is a standard anti-fraud measure – it ensures that only the real account holder can access funds. Make sure the name on your CNIC matches the name used during registration.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Sata9. Age verification is mandatory and Sata9 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be closed immediately and the matter handled accordingly. This platform is for adults only.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Sata9 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR – there are no currency conversion fees and no foreign transaction charges. Most Pakistan players use JazzCash or Easypaisa for the fastest processing times on both deposits and withdrawals.

The minimum deposit on Sata9 is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your Sata9 balance almost instantly – typically within a few minutes at most. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times.

For verified accounts, withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed the same day – often within a few hours of the request being approved. Bank transfers may take one to two business days. Sata9 does not impose unnecessary delays on standard verified withdrawal requests. If your withdrawal is taking longer than expected, contact support with your withdrawal request reference number.

The most common reasons for a delayed or rejected withdrawal are: incomplete identity verification (CNIC not yet submitted), a mismatch between the account name and the payment method name, an active bonus with wagering requirements not yet met, or the withdrawal method details being entered incorrectly. Log in to your account to check for any pending verification steps, or contact Sata9 support if the reason is not clear.

Sata9 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. There are no conversion fees because all transactions happen in PKR. Your payment provider – such as JazzCash or your bank – may have their own transaction charges, which are separate from anything Sata9 controls. Check with your payment provider if you notice a discrepancy in the amount sent versus received.

In-play markets open at match start and remain available until shortly before each event resolves.

A wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling a certain multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to bet a total of PKR 10,000 using the bonus before those winnings become withdrawable.
